How it works

How do we get you the best offer in Sharjah?

  1. Send us one message

Villa, flat, gym or hotel, the area and your budget. One WhatsApp message gets you offers on the sauna Sharjah suppliers can fit into your space, a cold plunge or a hot tub.

  2. We reply within 5 minutes

We ask what decides the price and the route: SEWA's tariff and load approval, how the Municipality files a built-in plunge, and the community office's rules.

  3. Suppliers compete for your job

Suppliers who cover Sharjah send their offers, with delivery and the electrical work as separate lines, and we tell you which one is the best deal and why.

  4. You choose, or you say no

You buy directly from the supplier you pick, at their price, with nothing added by us. You are never obliged to buy.

What changes

Sauna Sharjah: what should you pay?

Want a sauna, an ice bath or a hot tub at your Sharjah home or gym? Send us one message and we get you offers from suppliers who deliver and install in Sharjah. Prices start from the same UAE bands as in Dubai. Three things change, and we raise each one with the suppliers before an offer reaches you: SEWA supplies the power, the Municipality publishes no named route for a home pool, and Sharjah's airport has recorded 49.3°C in July.

How much does a sauna cost in Sharjah?

A two-person infrared sauna starts at AED 13,999 and a traditional indoor sauna at AED 16,950; UAE prices are not split by emirate. A cold plunge with the chiller built in costs AED 18,999 to 40,000. We confirm the installed price for Sharjah in every offer, and a rental can carry AED 250 for delivery there. Send us your budget and we get you offers inside it. The price guide has every band.

Sauna Sharjah power: who supplies it and what it costs

SEWA supplies Sharjah, not DEWA and not Etihad Water and Electricity. We confirm SEWA's current tariff and its approval for any added load with each job rather than quote a figure here. The arithmetic is the same everywhere: the unit's rated input in kW, times the hours, times the rate on your SEWA bill. A 9 kW sauna heater at full output uses 9 kWh in an hour; a 1 HP plunge chiller rated at 1,100 W uses 1.1 kWh. Our running costs page works those through on the published tariffs elsewhere.

The neighbours show how much the method varies. Next door in Ajman, Etihad Water and Electricity bills 23 to 38 fils per kWh by monthly slab plus a 5 fils surcharge, and its wiring rulebook puts every pool circuit on 10 mA protection. In Abu Dhabi, TAQA Distribution bills by average daily use. In Dubai, DEWA puts a sauna on a separate final sub-circuit with the controls outside the cabin, and Harvia's 9 kW heater draws about 39 A on single phase, so we have the electrician confirm SEWA's own requirements before a heater is chosen.

Does a plunge pool or hot tub need approval in Sharjah?

Sharjah publishes no swimming pool permit among its e-services, so there is no named route for a home plunge pool or hot tub. A built-in plunge pool is construction work, and we confirm with the Municipality how it is filed on each job before anyone digs. Sharjah's master developers publish no approval process for alterations either, so in a managed community we ask the community office directly.

A free-standing sauna cabin is the simpler job, and we ask for its electrical work as its own line in every offer. Outdoor work in direct sun stops from 12:30 to 3 pm between 15 June and 15 September under the federal midday break, and we plan the delivery around it.

Summer heat and your chiller in Sharjah

Sharjah International Airport averages a 42.6°C daily high in July and 42.5°C in August, and its highest readings are 49.3°C in July and 48.5°C in August (National Centre of Meteorology, 1977 to 2025). Dubai's airport peaks at 48.8°C. Active Aqua measures its chiller output at 36°C and approves its units for indoor use only, while Plunge's Pro Chiller Gen 2 states it holds 3°C in 49°C ambient. So for an outdoor plunge in Sharjah, every offer we bring you states the chiller's ambient rating in writing, and we plan shade with open air on every side. Our chiller sizing page explains why.

Questions

What Sharjah buyers ask us

Is it really free?
Yes. You pay nothing to us, ever. The supplier you buy from pays us a commission when the sale closes, and you pay the supplier's own price with nothing added by us.
How fast do you reply?
Within 5 minutes. Tell us the product, the place, the area and your budget, and we come straight back with the questions that decide the price.
Why not call the shops myself?
You can. We save you the calls and the guesswork: one message, offers from suppliers who cover Sharjah and compete for your job, and our view on which is the best deal, based on what these products sell for in the UAE.
Where can I try an ice bath in Sharjah?
Recovery Zone in Muwaileh Commercial lists AED 60 for an ice bath and AED 150 for a sauna, ice bath and Pulsio boots session as a launch offer, regularly AED 190, as of October 2026.
What does electricity cost for a sauna in Sharjah?
SEWA supplies Sharjah, and we confirm its current tariff with each job. Multiply the heater's rating by the hours and by the rate on your SEWA bill: a 9 kW heater uses 9 kWh in an hour at full output.
Will suppliers deliver to Sharjah?
Yes. Many UAE prices include delivery and installation anywhere in the UAE, and a rental can carry AED 250 for Sharjah. We ask for delivery as its own line in every offer.
Do I need a permit for a plunge pool in Sharjah?
Sharjah publishes no swimming pool permit among its e-services. A built-in plunge pool is construction work, so we confirm the filing route with the Municipality on each job before work starts.
Can I put a sauna in a Sharjah apartment?
An infrared cabin is the simplest option: Harvia says its cabins plug into a normal 230 V socket and need a dry indoor room. The building's own rules decide the rest. Our apartment rules page covers what to ask.
Who should check with a doctor before a sauna or ice bath?
Harvard Health says people with unstable angina, poorly controlled high blood pressure or other serious heart issues should avoid saunas, and advises against alcohol before and after. Cleveland Clinic advises talking to a provider before cold plunging with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy or poor circulation, and the NHS advises people with Raynaud's to avoid sudden changes in temperature.
