How it works

For cold plunge installers and sauna suppliers

This page is for cold plunge installers, sauna and steam room builders, hot tub dealers and the shops that sell chillers and tubs in the UAE. Buyers come to ColdPlunges.ae because they want one thing: a good offer without a week of phone calls. They send us one message, we reply within 5 minutes and settle the details, and then we send the job to suppliers who fit it. If that is you, joining is free.

What do cold plunge installers receive from us?

Buyers who are ready to buy: a written brief from a buyer with a budget of AED 10,000 or more, naming the product, the place (villa, apartment, gym or hotel), the emirate and the power available. You send your offer directly to the buyer and sell at your own price. You pay a commission only when a sale we introduced closes, with no fee up front and nothing to pay for a buyer who does not buy.

What does a brief contain?

  • The product. An ice bath tub, a chiller, an all-in-one or built-in plunge, a commercial unit, a sauna cabin or room, a steam room, a hot tub or swim spa, or a rental.
  • The place. Villa, apartment, gym, studio or hotel; indoors or out; the room size or the garden space.
  • The emirate. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or Ajman, and the area.
  • The budget. AED 10,000 or more, set against UAE prices for that product.
  • The power. What the buyer knows about the circuit, and whether a new one or DEWA, TAQA, SEWA or Etihad WE approval is likely to be needed.

Buyers can read UAE prices in our price guide before they message us, so they arrive knowing what their product costs and ready to choose. The building and community rules that might stop a job, such as Dubai Municipality's 300 mm pool rule or a tower's balcony rules, are flagged in the brief where they apply.

What does it cost a supplier?

Nothing until a sale closes. Joining is free: there is no listing fee, no subscription and no charge for receiving a buyer, and a supplier who makes an offer and is not chosen owes us nothing. When a sale we introduced closes, you pay the commission agreed with us before the first brief. The buyer pays your price with nothing added by us, and an offer that adds a charge for our introduction is one we take up with you. No supplier can pay to be placed in front of a buyer.

What wins the job

  1. The chiller's horsepower and the highest ambient temperature it is rated for. DEWA designs for 48°C in the shade, and Etihad WE for 50°C.
  2. The input power of the UAE model, from its 230 V spec sheet, so the buyer can work out running cost.
  3. Delivery, installation and the electrical connection as separate lines, and who files the utility's approval for added load.
  4. Who registers a plunge pool or hot tub with Dubai Municipality where the 300 mm rule applies.
  5. VAT as its own line, the warranty on each part, and the price of a service visit.

We show the buyer where each offer sits against UAE prices and tell them which one is the best deal. An offer at the top of the range can win when the specification explains it; every line filled in makes your offer easy to choose.

Which products and emirates are in scope?

Cold plunges and ice baths, chillers, built-in and commercial plunges, saunas of every type, steam rooms, hot tubs and swim spas, rentals and maintenance, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. The starting prices buyers see include AED 2,500 for an ice bath tub, AED 7,000 for a chiller alone, AED 18,999 for an all-in-one plunge or a hot tub, AED 13,999 for an infrared sauna, AED 25,000 for a steam room and AED 88,916 for a swim spa. Cryotherapy, red light, hyperbaric oxygen, IV drips and longevity services are outside this site and we send no briefs for them. Health treatments in Dubai are licensed by the DHA, and Law No. 17 of 2026 requires a Dubai Longevity Authority permit for longevity activities.

Our venue pages list studios that sell sessions and do not sell or rent equipment. A business that does both can receive buyers here, but its studio stays out of those pages.

How do you apply?

Send us a WhatsApp message with your trade name, the emirates you cover, the products you sell or install, and a link to your prices if you have them. We reply within 5 minutes with the commission terms and an example brief. How the service works for buyers is set out on our cold plunge Dubai page and on the about page.

Questions

What suppliers ask us

Is it free to join?
Yes. There is no listing fee, no subscription and nothing to pay for receiving a buyer. You pay a commission only when a sale we introduced closes.
Do you send each buyer to many suppliers?
No. A buyer's job goes only to suppliers who fit it, never to a list. The buyer chooses who to buy from, or no one.
What is the minimum job size?
A budget of AED 10,000 or more. That is the level at which we send a buyer's job to suppliers.
Do you publish suppliers' names?
No. We never name UAE suppliers on this site, and we do not name the suppliers who receive buyers. Buyers meet you through the brief and your offer.
When is commission due?
Only when a sale we introduced closes, at the rate agreed with us before the first brief. Nothing is due for a buyer who does not buy.
How fast do buyers hear back?
We reply to every buyer within 5 minutes, so the brief reaches you while the buyer is still keen. The faster your offer follows, the better your chance.
