Sauna Dubai prices: what does a session cost?

Ten of the twenty venues list a price for a single sauna, contrast or banya session. The cheapest is AED 80 for 20 minutes of sauna in Al Quoz; most single sessions sit between AED 150 and AED 250, and an hour that combines a sauna and an ice bath is AED 250 at Contrast and PEAQ. Private formats cost more: AED 330 for a couple's infrared hour on Palm Jumeirah, AED 450 for PEAQ's private suite for two, and AED 5,500 to 8,500 for a private wood-fired bathhouse in Jumeirah 1. Several venues sell memberships rather than single visits; Beit Sisu's start at AED 599 for four sessions.

Infrared, Finnish or banya: which kind of sauna?

Most of the studios in the table run infrared cabins, which warm you with panels rather than hot air; Beit Sisu lists 50 to 75°C for its suites. Finnish saunas with a stove and stones are fewer: The Ice House Meadows offers both kinds at the same price, and Contrast pairs a Finnish sauna with an ice bath in private rooms. Pure Heat Club runs guided Aufguss sessions of about 75 minutes. What should you expect on a first visit?

A booked slot rather than open access: sessions run from 20 minutes to an hour at the studios and three hours at Banya Forrest, and the private rooms that state a size are booked for one or two people. Harvard Health advises staying in a sauna no longer than 15 to 20 minutes at a time and avoiding alcohol before and after. Bring the session length into the price comparison: AED 195 for 30 minutes and AED 250 for an hour are different deals.

Gyms and community saunas

If your gym or your building has a sauna, two Dubai rules apply to it. Dubai Municipality's health and safety guideline for fitness centres (version 5, April 2026) requires a gym sauna or steam room to have an emergency alarm connected to a manned reception, a safe-use sign at the entrance, a non-slip floor, lighting and ventilation. And in Dubai Holding Community Management communities, the 2026 rules state that under-18s may not use community saunas or steam rooms.
