ColdPlunges.ae is operated by WebsiteOS LLC, a company licensed in the Sharjah Media City Free Zone (Shams), licence 2646567.01. We are an offer service for buyers: you tell us the cold plunge, sauna, steam room or hot tub you want, and we get you offers from UAE suppliers who compete for your job. The footer of every page names the operator too.

What do we do for buyers?

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.

1. You send one message on WhatsApp or through the form: the product, the place (villa, apartment, gym or hotel), the emirate and your budget.
2. We reply within 5 minutes with the few questions that decide the price, usually the room size, the power available and whether it goes indoors or out.
3. Suppliers who sell and install that product in your emirate compete for your job. Their offers come back to you in one place, with delivery, installation and electrical work as separate lines, and we tell you which one is the best deal and why.
4. You buy directly from the supplier you choose, or from no one.

What does it cost you?

Nothing. There is no fee for the offers or the comparison, and no obligation to buy. The supplier pays us when you buy. You pay the supplier's own price; we add nothing to it. If an offer ever carries a charge for our introduction, tell us and we take it up with the supplier.

Why would a supplier pay for that? Because we bring them a buyer who already knows what they want, with the room size, the emirate and the budget settled. That saves them days of back-and-forth, and it is why the service costs you nothing.

How do we know a good price?

We know what these products sell for in the UAE, product by product: an ice bath tub from AED 2,500, an all-in-one cold plunge from AED 18,999, an infrared sauna from AED 13,999, a steam room from AED 25,000 and a hot tub from AED 18,999. Every offer we bring you is set against those prices, so you see whether it sits low, in the middle or high. Suppliers know we know the prices, which keeps the offers sharp. We also ask every supplier the questions that matter in this climate before an offer reaches you: what the chiller does at 48°C, what power the unit needs and who files DEWA's approval for the added load, VAT as its own line, and the warranty on each part. Running costs on this site are worked examples, a manufacturer's rated power times a published tariff with every input shown; none is presented as a measured bill.

Where we work

Covering Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and the rest of the UAE. Each emirate has its own utility and its own rules, and we plan every offer around them: TAQA Distribution in Abu Dhabi, SEWA in Sharjah and Etihad Water and Electricity in Ajman, with DEWA in Dubai. Gyms, hotels and recovery studios too: send us how many units, the room and the hours you run, and we get you offers from suppliers who equip them.

How we write about health

We make no medical claims. Where a page discusses research, it says who was studied, what was measured and what was found, and links to the paper. Pages about using a sauna, plunge or hot tub carry the published guidance on who should ask a doctor first. Cryotherapy, red light, hyperbaric oxygen, IV drips and longevity clinics are outside this site: health treatments in Dubai are licensed by the DHA, and Law No. 17 of 2026 requires a Dubai Longevity Authority permit for longevity activities.

What we do not do

• Sell or install equipment. We hold no stock; suppliers sell, deliver and install.
• Add anything to a supplier's price, or take a payment from you.
• List a studio on our venue pages that also sells or rents equipment.
• Promise a fixed number of offers. Sometimes one offer that fits the job is the right answer.
