Ice bath Dubai studios: prices, areas and water temperatures
Every ice bath Dubai studio below sells sessions to the public, not equipment, so you can try cold water before you spend on it. Each is listed with its area, what it offers and its session price as of October 2026, in alphabetical order by area, not a ranking. When you want a plunge at home, that is what we do: one WhatsApp message, a reply within 5 minutes, and offers from suppliers who compete for your job, free for you.

Water temperatures at Dubai studios
Some rooms run colder than Cleveland Clinic advises. The Ice House runs three rooms in DIFC at 2 to 5, 6 to 9 and 10 to 13°C, and its Meadows rooms span 1 to 13°C. Beit Sisu keeps its plunges at 3.5 to 8°C, and Banya Forrest's plunge is 6°C. Cleveland Clinic advises never going below 4°C and suggests 10 to 15°C for beginners, so on a first visit ask for the warmest room.
How long should a first ice bath be?
Short. Cleveland Clinic says a session "should never go longer than five minutes". A booked slot is longer than the time in the water: The Ice House sells 15 and 30 minute ice bath slots at AED 145 and 240, and ICE IT a 20-minute slot from AED 99. Regulars can cut the price per visit with packs: The Ice House DIFC sells four ice baths for AED 360 and ten for AED 900.
Research on cold water after exercise reports modest effects. A 2016 meta-analysis of 9 trials found cold water immersion "can be slightly better than passive recovery" for muscle soreness (Machado 2016), while 21 men who took a 10-minute cold bath after strength sessions for 12 weeks gained less strength and muscle than those who did active recovery (Roberts 2015).
Contrast sessions, banyas and guided ice baths
Most of the studios pair the plunge with heat. Contrast's four branches, PEAQ, Hyphen and Escape 8 sell sauna and plunge in one booking, at AED 180 to 300 where the price is published. Banya Forrest and DUBANYA are Russian-style bathhouses where the cold plunge follows steam, and Endorphins Method and Pure Heat Club run guided sessions. If the pairing is what you are after, our page on contrast therapy covers a home setup, and our page on saunas in Dubai lists heat-only venues. Studios outside Dubai are on our Abu Dhabi page.
Who should not take an ice bath?
A 2017 review in Experimental Physiology, Tipton 2017, covers cold water's risks as well as its uses, and notes that some claims for it "remain at the level of anecdotal speculation". Studio staff can tell you how their rooms work; they cannot tell you whether cold water suits your heart.
Want one at home?
A hard ice bath tub starts at AED 2,500 and an all-in-one cold plunge with the chiller built in at AED 18,999, at UAE retail prices from October 2026. At AED 145 a session, the tub equals about 17 studio visits and the all-in-one about 131. Renting starts at AED 1,800 a month, and a two-person infrared sauna at AED 13,999 if you want the heat too.
